On March 31, 2025, we signed an agreement with STMicroelectronics granting us access to 6 of ST's fabs located outside China—in Europe, the Mediterranean region, and Asia—for the manufacturing of GaN products.

We maintain a global, diversified supply network with key equipment and material suppliers from the US, Europe, Japan, and China, ensuring a reliable and stable supply chain.

We have established strategic partnerships with 8 high-quality OSAT suppliers across China and Asia. This enables flexible capacity allocation to efficiently meet evolving customer demands.

Based on the projected 2025 output of other global GaN suppliers, the monthly capacity of our Suzhou fab already exceeds the combined total of all other suppliers.
