310V, 300W Motor Driver Solution
The INNEMD310V3A1 evaluation board supports component evaluation for loads up to 300W and incorporates a sensorless FOC control algorithm with PWM frequency configurable up to 100 kHz. It achieves 98% full-load efficiency at 310V DC input. The heatsink-free design significantly reduces BOM and assembly costs, making it suitable for refrigerators, air conditioners, washing machines, high-speed hair dryers, and various industrial motor drive and inverter applications.
