This 2kW buck power solution leverages the high-frequency and high-efficiency advantages of GaN and a four-phase interleaved Buck topology to achieve a compact, high-power-density design. It incorporates the ultra-small GaN half-bridge driver IC INS2002 and the double-sided cooling low-voltage GaN device INN100EA035A, achieving up to 98% efficiency. The power section occupies only one-fifth the area of a smartphone (iPhone 15).
