Dr. Weiwei Luo is the Founder, Chairman, and Executive Director of Innoscience. He was appointed as a Director and Chairman on July 17, 2017, and subsequently appointed as an Executive Director on May 21, 2024. Dr. Luo is responsible for the overall business development and strategic direction of the Group. He has held multiple positions across the Group’s subsidiaries, including serving as Chairman of Innoscience Suzhou since October 2017 and Chairman of Innoscience Shenzhen since November 2020.

Dr. Luo is a world-class scientist and visionary entrepreneur with extensive experience in scientific research, project leadership, and company building. Prior to founding Innoscience, he dedicated many years to research, project management, and entrepreneurial ventures. He also serves as a Director of StarCore Semiconductor Limited, a company focused on advanced display and micro-display technologies.

Dr. Luo holds a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics from Massey University in New Zealand.

Dr. Jingang Wu serves as our Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer. He was appointed as a Director on January 12, 2023, and subsequently appointed as an Executive Director on May 21, 2024. Dr. Wu is responsible for the Group’s overall business development and operational management.

Dr. Wu has extensive experience in semiconductor technology development. Prior to joining the Group, he worked at Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corporation (SMIC) (listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Stock Code: 00981; and the Shanghai Stock Exchange, Stock Code: 688981) from 2001 to July 2021, where he last served as Vice President of Technology R&D. From July 2021 to November 2022, he was the General Manager of Shandong Industrial Research Microelectronics Technology Institute Co., Ltd., where he oversaw the company’s operations.

Dr. Wu received his Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from the Lanzhou Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, in September 1994.

Mr. Shan Zhong serves as our Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer. He was appointed as a Director on July 17, 2017, and subsequently appointed as an Executive Director on May 21, 2024. He is responsible for the Group’s financial management as well as investment and financing activities.

Mr. Zhong brings extensive experience in corporate finance and financial markets. Prior to joining the Group, he held various roles at Joincare Pharmaceutical Group Industry Co., Ltd. (listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, Stock Code: 600380) from 2001 to 2017, most recently serving as Deputy General Manager.

Since June 2020, he has also served as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Smoore International Holdings Limited (listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Stock Code: 06969).

In May 2017, Mr. Zhong was appointed as a member of the ACCA South China Expert Advisory Panel, which advises the ACCA Guangzhou Representative Office and supports the promotion of ACCA activities and operations in the region.

Mr. Zhong obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Chemistry from Huaqiao University in July 1993. He has been a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) since August 1999.

Mr. Jay Hyung Son, is our executive Director. He was appointed as a Directoron July 17, 2017 and was appointed as an executive Director on May 21, 2024. He is responsible for business development of our Group. Prior to serving as a Director, Mr. Son served as the general manager of Inno Suzhou from October 2017 to October 2023.

Mr. Son has extensive leadership and entrepreneurship experience in field of semiconductors. Mr. Son received a bachelor’s degree of science from the Faculty of the College of Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley in the United States in August 1987.
