GaN technology brings highly efficient and energy-saving solutions to home appliance applications. Its high-frequency, high-efficiency characteristics can be applied to the power systems and motor drive systems of appliances like air conditioners, range hoods, and refrigerators, significantly improving energy conversion efficiency and reducing operational heat. At the same time, GaN devices help miniaturize power modules, offering greater design flexibility and supporting the development of smarter, more energy-efficient, compact, and reliable home appliances.

310V, 300W Motor Drive Evaluation Board
The INNEMD310V3A1 evaluation board supports component evaluation for loads up to 300W and is equipped with a sensorless FOC control algorithm, allowing PWM frequency to be increased up to 100 kHz. It achieves a full-load efficiency of 98% at 310V DC input. Designed without a heat sink, this solution significantly reduces BOM and assembly costs, making it suitable for refrigerators, air conditioners, washing machines, high-speed hair dryers, and various industrial motor drive and inverter applications.
