At Innoscience we follow and adhere to high quality standards, which is an intrinsic part of our daily operations in order to meet our current and future customers’ quality expectations.

We have procedure in place to constantly monitor and verify each process step in order to assure process stability and control.

Quality System

Innoscience has a strong quality system in place that pairs with the one present in high-volume silicon manufacturing.
Thanks to this, Innoscience have been successfully delivering GaN-on-Si devices to many customers meeting their stringent quality criteria and expectations.

Qualification Summary

 Innoscience routinely qualifies its devices, significant changes and product families based on JEDEC standard. Innoscience can also perform additional reliability and qualification testing If this is needed by a specific application or requested by a customer.

Reliability Stress Model

Acceleration testing

Next to the standard JEDEC qualification testing described above, Innoscience also performs advance reliability testing to bring device to failure under accelerated stress conditions. This is to study the device failure mode(s) and mechanism(s) as well as to predict the device lifetime by means of appropriate lifetime models.

Innoscience regularly performs reliability testing to monitor and ensure product performance, quality and reliability.

Innoscience has extensive in-house wafer-level, packaging-level and system level testing capabilities.
Testing equipments includes: chip-related reliability tool(HTGB/HTRB), package related tool(HAST/H3TRB/TC/TS/IOL) , system related tool(HTOL) , others supported tool(Reflow/X-RAY/C-SAM/ATE) and wafer level related tool(probe)

    Innoscience is committed to fulfilling corporation social responsibility, andimplementing ethical procurement to promote sustainable development of the supply chain. Through industry initiatives and collaboration with our supply chain partners, we ensure that Innoscience's products and supply chain comply with the DRC Conflict-Free.
    ● Innoscience never purchase tin, tungsten, tantalum, gold (3TG), cobalt, mica, and other related minerals ("conflict minerals") from Conflict Affected and High-Risk Areas (“CAHRAs”).
