Innoscience Secures Two Milestone Victories Against Infineon at the Beijing Intellectual Property Court
Apr 24, 2026

On April 24, 2026 (Beijing time), Innoscience received two favorable judgments from the Beijing Intellectual Property Court in patent administrative litigation cases. The court fully upheld the validity of Innoscience's two core invention patents related to gallium nitride (GaN) technology and rejected Infineon’s invalidation requests. Innoscience thus achieved another milestone victory in these two key administrative litigations.

These two favorable judgments followed the China National Intellectual Property Administration’s (CNIPA) favorable two rulings on November 19, 2025, which had already affirmed all claims of Innoscience’s two core invention patents as valid. Dissatisfied with CNIPA’s two rulings, Infineon subsequently filed administrative lawsuits with the Beijing Intellectual Property Court. The court’s latest victories once again confirm, from a judicial perspective, that Innoscience’s relevant invention patents are fully valid and possess exceptional quality and stability.

Of particular note, the two GaN invention patents involved in these cases are exactly the same two patents that Innoscience previously asserted against Infineon in domestic patent infringement litigations. These victories also signify another major triumph for Innoscience in its ongoing patent disputes with Infineon.
